  • Member identification and service provision: User identification through Discord account
  • Game server access convenience: Server status check and connection information guidance
  • Community operation: Announcements and event notifications
  • Prevention of fraudulent use: Blocking hackers and maintaining server security

2. Personal Information Items Collected

Required Collection Items

  • Discord account information (username, Discord ID)
  • Discord profile image (only if publicly set)

Automatically Generated Information

  • Access IP address (for security purposes)
  • Service usage records (access time, activity history)
  • In-game Steam ID (when optionally linked)

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

In principle, all personal information is deleted immediately upon membership withdrawal.

However, it is retained in the following exceptional cases:

  • Hack usage records: Permanently retained (to prevent re-registration)
  • Server attack records: 1 year
  • General access logs: Automatically deleted after 30 days

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

As a personally operated site, we do not sell or provide users' personal information to third parties.

However, exceptions apply in the following cases:

  • When there is a court warrant or request from investigative agencies
  • When providing to Steam for reporting in-game hackers

5. Destruction of Personal Information

When personal information becomes unnecessary due to expiration of retention period or achievement of processing purpose, we destroy it without delay.

  • MongoDB database: Complete deletion of relevant documents
  • Discord integration information: OAuth token revocation
  • Server logs: Automatic deletion after 30 days

  • View their Discord account information
  • Request membership withdrawal and deletion of all data
  • Request privacy of in-game character information
  • Opt-out of marketing (operator does not conduct marketing)
