Terms of Service

These Terms establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the operator and users regarding the RUST game server information and community services provided by VERTEX (hereinafter referred to as 'the Site').

• 'The Site' means the VERTEX website.
• 'Operator' refers to the individual operating the Site.
• 'User' refers to members and non-members who access the Site and receive services in accordance with these Terms.
• 'Member' refers to those who have registered through a Discord account and can continuously receive information and use services.
• 'RUST Server' means RUST game servers directly operated or affiliated with the operator.

1. These Terms become effective upon posting on the Site.
2. The operator may amend the Terms when necessary, and amendments will be announced through the Site.
3. Users who disagree with amended Terms may withdraw their membership.

1. Users can easily register through their Discord account.
2. The operator may refuse registration in the following cases:
• Using another person's Discord account
• History of using hacks or disrupting server operations
• Repeated violations of community rules
3. Members may withdraw at any time, and personal information will be immediately deleted upon withdrawal.

The Site provides the following services:

• Information and connection methods for RUST servers operated by the operator
• Real-time server status checks (online/offline, player count, etc.)
• Server wipe schedules and event information
• Server rules and announcements
• Discord community integration
• Player communication space

Users must not engage in the following behaviors:

1. Using or promoting hack (cheat) programs in-game
2. Server attacks (DDoS, hacking attempts, etc.)
3. Unauthorized collection or disclosure of other players' personal information
4. Exploiting game bugs or vulnerabilities
5. Persistent harassment of other players in the server
6. Impersonating operators or spreading false information
7. Posting advertisements unrelated to server promotion
8. Profanity, defamation, discriminatory remarks that harm community atmosphere
9. Real money trading (RMT) related activities
10. Other behaviors that negatively impact game and community operations

1. Copyright for the Site's design, logo, and content belongs to the operator.
2. Copyright for posts created by users belongs to the respective authors.
3. Users may not commercially use the Site's information without the operator's permission.

1. The operator may impose the following sanctions for Terms violations or server disruption:
   • 1st offense: Warning and caution
   • 2nd offense: 1-7 day game server access restriction
   • 3rd offense: Permanent ban (game server and site)
2. Immediate permanent ban without warning may occur in the following cases:
   • Confirmed use of hack (cheat) programs
   • Server attacks or hacking attempts
   • Operator impersonation
   • Disclosure of other players' personal information

1. As a personally operated server, 24/7 operation is not guaranteed.
2. We strive to provide advance notice for service interruptions due to server maintenance, updates, or wipes.
3. The operator is not responsible for in-game item loss or structure destruction.
4. Inter-player disputes (raids, PVP, etc.) are part of the game and the operator does not intervene.
5. However, the operator may take action for clear rule violations (hack use, bug exploitation, etc.).
6. The operator is not responsible for issues arising from RUST game bugs or errors.

1. Korean law applies to the interpretation of these Terms and disputes.
2. In case of disputes, we first attempt resolution through Discord dialogue.
